HiberTec is an Innovative Solution to Save Homes From Wildfires and Represents an Enormous Opportunity to Do Good and Define a Marketplace!

HiberTec Homes is a cutting-edge, fully patented design and process where custom designed modular homes automatically LOWER UNDERGROUND when wildfire threats arise – to then RESURFACE UNSCATHED to ground level after the threat has passed.

High-End Modular Designs

A stunning selection of beautiful home designs, customized to work seamlessly within our hydraulic application, are available and ready to build.

Advanced Technology

The entire process of transitioning a HiberTec Home to its protective underground vault will take 15 minutes and can be initiated via an app on any smartphone.

Patent Protected

HiberTec has full USPTO patent protection for its innovative Building Structure Transition System and Method; with multiple patents issued and pending.

3+ Years of Comprehensive Engineering & Architecture

We own the process as we continue to obtain new patents covering our many innovations, mechanisms, and solutions.

Saving ALL Structures

In addition to homes, HiberTec also saves schools, commercial and retail businesses, hospitals, banks, fire departments, police stations, etc.

Safe and Sound Underground™

HiberTec Homes are designed to not only protect exterior structures but to save all personal property as well; priceless collectibles, irreplaceable heirlooms; even vehicles in the garage.

Affordable and Feasible

Modular Homes

A modular home’s inherently less expensive cost and construction allows HiberTec to provide excavation, hydraulics, and associated mechanisms affordably. HiberTec Homes pricing will compare favorably to traditional “stick-built” homes.

HiberTec Homes Cost

The cost to build a fully-finished hydraulic HiberTec Home is expected to average $360 per square foot in the higher-end markets. So, a 2,500 SF HiberTec Home is projected to cost $900k to build initially; but with constructions costs to reduce by an estimated 25-30% in the near future.

Economic Strategy

Using the Tesla model, we will initially produce a premium product to scale up; and to then bring down costs at mass-adoption, economies of scale levels- making HiberTec largely affordable to the general public.

Creative & Exclusive Technology

HiberTec combines proven, existing industries (modular construction, hydraulics, etc.) with its new Construction Tech-IP to provide the only true solution of saving structures in wildfires.

Each year over 300,000 homes are destroyed globally due to wildfires

In California alone thousands of homes are destroyed each year due to wildfires. When these destroyed homes are rebuilt, they are constructed with materials which are severely ineffective to wildfires…
Because Nothing is Fireproof.
